The purpose of this research is to analyze and identify the importance that soft skills have inside the organizational environment, specifically in the service sector through literature reviews that allow establishing which soft skills are, their characteristics, and how these skills influence the organizational environment, likewise, show evidence that both employers and employees are more and more aware of the importance of these skills and how they contribute to the organizational and personal growth.
