    In the reflective research process exposed in this article, the impact that is obtained due to the recognition of otherness within the pedagogical practice is raised and is approached from the general objective. An approach is made to the route of the meetings that are obtained in the classroom, as determined by virtual ethnography when observing a specific group, from this perspective the pedagogical practice is the exercise of introspection for a teacher who may or may not recognize the student. as an elementary part of an exchange with another, different, changing and emitting expressions that allow learning or unlearning in the role of a teacher; the possible encounters between teacher and student, underlies multiple positive or negative characteristics, which end up categorizing that encounter with the other, which will be approached from hostility or hospitality. The Recognition of the other allows for an exchange that enriches, when it is genuinely formed, because in the end this other brings with it its own path, learning, changes, painful struggles and battles won that between the encounter feeds a self that listens, perceives , analyzes, transforms, allows learning and transforms without the need to change the essence, because in the end the prevailing reflection is to manage strategies that allow teachers to generate assertive encounters from hospitality in the classroom
