Item Análisis de las ventajas de metodologías agiles para la formulación de proyectos en el contexto empresarial(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2021) Carabali Orejuela, Hernando; Cedeño Grajales, Alejandro; López Hernández, Cesar Augusto; García Jiménez, Juan Camilo (Director)The general objective of this paper is to know the characteristics and possible impacts of the SCRUMBAN agile methodology in project management in the business context. At a methodological level, a systematic literature search is used, in databases such as SciencDirect, Scorpus, Dialnet, Springer, among others, academic documents, scientific articles belong, 3,785 documents were found, 39 articles were filtered and selected, where they were present documented cases that have addressed agile methodologies in business contexts, which allow describing their characteristics, conditions, benefits and disadvantages, as well as identifying the requirements to successfully implement a particular methodology. In the business context, agile methodologies have begun to be used, which consists of timely, fast, efficient and above all flexible methods, supported by the technological component, collaborative work and resultsoriented as specific objectives. The SCRUMBAN methodology groups SCRUM and Kanban elements for project management, with the use of software a control panel is established to optimize the use of resources such as the scheduling of activities for their management and monitoring. This methodology is considered flexible, oriented to learning and continuous improvement, in addition to allowing the delivery of completed and functional stages of the project, aimed at generating income for the client during the term and development of the project.
