These sessions attract people of different fitness levels, encouraging motivation through group work. This article aims to describe how these classes are structured and planned, analyzing the fundamental elements that guarantee their effectiveness and appeal. This reflection is descriptive. The main results are the structuring of the classes that involve a logical sequence of activities that include warm-up, main phase, and cool-down, adapted to the type of training and the target audience. In addition, the selection of exercises, music, time, and breaks are considered, seeking a balance between intensity and enjoyment. Planning, on the other hand, requires a long-term vision, considering the progression of participants, the variety of formats, and the cohesion of the gym's objectives. Reflecting on these aspects reveals that well-designed classes not only improve physical performance but also strengthen the sense of community and user loyalty. The conclusion is that attention to the diversity of needs and maintaining a positive environment is key to the success of these sessions. In addition, group fitness classes are consolidating as an integral tool in the offer of gyms, promoting health, fun, and collective commitment.
