    Motivación y desarrollo organizacional en el centro de diagnóstico automotor, la autopista. S.A.S. de la ciudad de Santiago de Cali

    The purpose of this research is to establish the relationship between motivation and organizational development within the Autopista Automotive Diagnostic Center company in the city of Cali. The research has a mixed approach, of descriptive cut and deductive method, with the survey of 21 collaborators and the interview with 1 manager the techniques of data collection and information, the questionnaire being the instrument. The results obtained show the existence of four (4) motivational activities developed by the Autopista Automotive Diagnostic Center: food vouchers, study permits, financial loans and recreational tours. It is concluded that the company must do the planning of the activities of motivation and organizational development so that the employees feel at work satisfied and at ease with the organization.
