Item Evaluación clínica para la calificación de la pérdida de capacidad laboral del hombro doloroso de origen laboral(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Caicedo Correa, Derlyn Vanessa; Buriticá Marín, Edward DavidThe purpose of this work is to characterize the clinical evaluations in the qualification of the loss of labor capacity of the painful shoulder of labor origin, through the analysis of the specialized literature. To achieve this objective, a compilation of information from the world-wide literature on trends regarding concepts, effects, and finally, the concepts, causes and related processes will be characterized. The shoulder joint is the anatomical site that gives union, movement and functionality to the upper limb with respect to the rest of the body, it is defined as a structural complex that encompasses several joints which have been divided into two groups, those of the first group defined as glenohumeral joint and subdeltoid joint and those of the second group defined as thoracic scapular joint, acromio clavicular joint and sternoclavicular joint. It has three degrees of freedom, allowing the upper limb to be oriented in relation to the three planes of space arranged in the three axes (transversal, vertical and longitudinal).In the painful shoulder, injuries can occur for various reasons, however, it should be noted that subacromial impingement is the most frequent cause, it usually occurs by compression of the rotator cuff, subacromial bursa or other soft tissues between the head of the humerus and underside of acromion, acromioclavicular joint, or coracoacromial arch and usually belongs to a range of clinical findings, rather than injury to a specific structure. In these findings, we found different stages (first described by Charles Neer in 1972): Stage 1: edema and bleeding is more frequent in patients <25 years old, stage 2: fibrosis and tendinitis generally in patients aged 25 to 40 years, the The term currently used to describe it is tendinopathy and stage 3: tear of the rotator cuff, rupture of the biceps tendon, bone changes (patients generally> 40 years).
