Fueros that present ambiguity, that is to say that they do not have antecedents within the judicial framework, it is necessary to analyze the current international and national trend, in which the creation and development of fueros as a defense mechanism of the worker is evidenced, thus taking a risky limit for the dynamism of Colombian organizations
