That is why Emotional Intelligence (IE) and organizational changes, are related, because the added value is made by people, human talent and become key parts to engage skills vs. changing organization. This document aims to establish the influence of Emotional Intelligence, in the processes of change by the rectors, coordinators and teachers of 3 schools of calendar A, of the Educational Foundation Santa Isabel of Hungary of the northeastern city of Cali. It is concluded that EI influences the leaders and processes of change in an organization, as this is the key to stimulating skills that facilitate attitudes and behaviors that focus on new challenges through fortitude and helping The whole team can deal with them.
