    Diseño e implementación CRM (customer relationship management) para la microempresa el “bunker de la tecnología”

    This research has been carried out in order to design and implement a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system in the cloud with the value actors (The Customers) of the microenterprise "The Bunker of Technology". The methodology of this research work is presented according to each objective that was developed, in addition interviews were used with the employees of the microenterprise as tools, which allowed to obtain a deeper knowledge on the subject. This design contributes to the efficient management of that information that the microenterprise considers not important, since it implies the change of vision from a traditional approach to an innovative one, this model opens a new opportunity for development offering a better quality in the attention and relationship with customers, together, the use of an avant-garde and low-cost service is highlighted, minimizing costs before the implementation of a computer center, this generates advantage for small or medium-sized companies that do not have the ability to maintain a technology center in their facilities, which is based on a statistical analysis. The results obtained are favorable to investment costs and sales growth, however, it is necessary to follow the entire process indicated in this project, so that the benefits of CRM are contemplated, thus being a competitive advantage and solution to the problems that the microenterprise has regarding the management and control of its customers, also allowing you to obtain a better management in your sales, quotes, orders and invoicing according to the process that is handled.
