Item Cuidado de enfermería frente a la lactancia materna en la atención perinatal: revisión de alcance(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Araujo Mitis, Karla Sofia; Bermeo Ramirez, Keren Joely; Ramirez Londoño, Melissa; Barrero Castro, Andrea (Directora)Introduction: Knowing the nursing care in the promotion of breastfeeding allows us to recognize the importance of this, improve the care offered for the proper development of children, health needs of lactating women and establishment of the mother-child bond. Methods: A scope review was carried out in different databases such as: DIALNET, PUBMED, SCIENCEDIRECT, SCOPUS, REDALYC. The Boolean operators (AND, OR NOT) were used. Inclusion criteria: Studies in English, Spanish and Portuguese were included, which answered the guiding question, published between 2018 and 2022, which will have open access. Exclusion criteria: letters to the editor, conference abstracts, book chapters, and systematic reviews of the literature. Results: The results were organized according to: the application of theoretical models to provide care in breastfeeding care, the use of the nursing care process against breastfeeding, nursing activities for the maintenance of breastfeeding, interventions educational and support tools for nursing care against breastfeeding Conclusion: Educational interventions were identified as one of the main nursing cares described in the literature, many of these interventions explored different technological tools which were mostly useful, the use of the nursing process and theoretical models to provide maternity care was also identified, lastly, the nursing activities described in this work were decisive nursing interventions with respect to breastfeeding.
