In this sense, it is necessary to promote the implementation and application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) as a legal regulation in accordance with Decree 1072 of May 26, 2015 and 2646 of 2008 Resolution 1111 of March 27 of 2017 SGSST mining standards through which it strictly implements the SGRP standards and averages, through which the Colombian Ministry of Labor determines policies and programs that refer to the improvement of working, health and life conditions of workers and their families, highlighting the commitment of organizations to their employees, providing them with a healthy and reliable work environment, and constantly assessed as a fundamental right of the worker
