This essay will make a normative and jurisprudential analysis of the loss and suspension of parental authority, the requirements to lose parental authority, as well as the importance of knowing who is attributed parental authority, and at the same time establish what So effective is the use of the figures of Suspension and Deprivation of parental authority, and what are the grounds for their deprivation. In addition, the purpose of this essay is to establish the rights and obligations that the law grants parents to those children who are not emancipated or who are disabled.
