Item Diagnóstico del estado nutricional de las variedades de caña de azúcar con el fin de contribuir de manera sostenible a la productividad del cultivo(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2021) Aparicio Godoy, Luisa Fernanda; Castillo Ayala, Jorge Enrique (Director); Larrahondo Aguilar, Jesús Eliecer (Director)This research focuses on the chemical assessment of the nutritional status of sugarcane cultivation in cc 01-1940 and CC 01-678 varieties; this project was implemented in Hacienda Yunde and Caribe II of the Grupo Agroindustria Riopaila Castilla S.A., located in the flat part of the municipality of Candelaria Valle del Cauca. In order to verify the efficiency of fertilization at a constant rate. Initially, a soil analysis was performed to know the availability of nutrients and in this way determine the dose of Urea and Potassium Chloride that were used in the fertilization process. From the third month of planting until the eighth month, samples of sugarcane foliar tissue were taken for chemical evaluation under the following methodologies: UV-VIS spectrophotometry for phosphorus determination (P), atomic absorption assessment of Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Potassium (K), Iron (Fe), Copper (Cu), Manganese (Mn), Zinc (Zn) and Kjeldahl method to quantify nitrogen content (N). The samples were analyzed by triplicate and the results were statistically treated by the generalized linear model (MLG), obtaining significant relationships between the variables indicating the efficiency of the CC 01-1940 variety with respect to the CC 01-678 variety in macronutrient accumulation.
