Item Revisión bibliográfica de la implementación del marco Scrum en organizaciones de desarrollo de Software(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Calderon Castro, Yjezet Yadyr; Angulo Benjumea, Emanuel; Sanclemente García, Isabella; García Jiménez, Juan Camilo (Director)Over the years, software systems have evolved becoming a fundamental and essential tool in all types of organizations and have developed rapidly to adapt to the demanding requirements demanded by customers and new technological advances, forcing Software engineering organizations to implement different methods and approaches to meet market demands in the development and maintenance of Software systems; based on this, the Scrum framework was found as the most used technique in these organizations, so a methodical search on this subject of study was developed with the aim of making a literature review against the implementation of the agile Scrum framework in Software development organizations due to its great importance, application and relevance in various projects. A search was conducted on the subject of study through different sources of academic information such as articles, journals, academic repositories, specialized databases, where 30 review articles were obtained and studied by the researchers that allowed concluding that the Scrum framework has been the most used agile tool by organizations that allows an incremental approach, increased quality and customer satisfaction if the standards are strictly adopted.
