    This research on coping strategies in elderly patients with diabetes located in the city of Cali, Colombia has the general objective of analyzing coping strategies in elderly patients with diabetes and their effects on quality of life, under a cross-sectional quantitative method, nonexperimental design with a sample of 20 participants using the COPE test and structured interview, from which the main results obtained are based on individual, family and cultural factors.
