Incidence ranges from 0.5% to 18% depending on the sport. Physiotherapeutic management includes therapeutic exercises aimed at strengthening adductors, hip flexors, abdominals, and glutes, along with lumbopelvic stabilization, coordination, and balance. Stretching is often used in rehabilitation, but there is limited evidence on its effectiveness as a treatment.
