Where it is achieved with the implementation of these tools the mitigation of lost time and the reduction of high costs, obtaining control of all the variables that generate no value and contribute to their competitiveness in terms of processes and quality of products or services. This article aims to publicize the different tools that are part of the Lean methodology and which are the most used in the manufacturing industry and in the services sector, in addition to this it is placed in context that is Lean Manufacturing and what benefits to taken these implementations internationally, nationally and in the service sector.
