Considering that this phenomenon is multifactorial, the present work from a quantitative methodology seeks to approach this reality in one of the healthcare networks of the city of Santiago de Cali, such as the State Social Company (ESE) Red Salud Centro, which Being made up of 15 health centers and a Level I hospital, this situation has increased in the general practitioners of the external consultation area, who are being attacked which is affecting not only their work performance, but their individual health, the quality of service throughout the network and to the system itself.
