Item Nuevas tecnologías para el entrenamiento en deportistas: un protocolo de revisión de alcance(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Vargas Franco, Rosa Yesenia; Mejía Velásquez, Luis Fernando; Alvear Gil, Angie Marcela; Girón Ruiz, Eleonora (Directora); Orozco Mejía, Lina Marcela (Directora)OBJECTIVE: The main objective of this review is to examine and map out the available evidence on the new technologies for athletes' training. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Between 2020 and 2022, a study research was conducted based on the use of databases from the Universidad Santiago de Cali like Springer, Scopus, Sciencedirect, Pubmed, Biomed central, and Clarinete. RESULTS: The search carried out was justified in the software (simulators) used in the training and competitions of the athletes. Based on the above, 24 articles were found, each of which was based on reading the title, abstract and full text, and each one belonged to the categories. CONCLUSIONS: The new technologies applied in training are of great benefit to athletes since they are for the improvement, optimization and facilitation of performance based on each training. On the other hand, these are of ample possibilities to analyze the aspects, abilities and physical, muscular and mental qualities of athletes in different sports fields.
