    Since ancient times, merchants have used different tools and strategies to offer their products and services. With the arrival of the digital era and globalization these strategies have evolved, turning marketing into a fundamental pillar to meet the main objectives of companies. and even transform them, hence for some like Suarez Cousillas, the way companies operate has been transformed by the use of new information and communication technologies (2018, p. 209). Through this work and using the qualitative method, the aim is to analyze the evolution, incidence and impact of digital marketing on the performance of organizations and the response of the client as the final recipient of goods and services. For this task, it will be necessary to know the evolution of traditional marketing to marketing that 4 makes use of new technologies which have entered the business world; Next, you will understand what the digital marketing strategies and tools have been. Many organizations face challenges when implementing marketing strategies, with the arrival of new technologies, the use of the Internet, social networks, online advertising, electronic payment methods, the use of boots, chats and the use of artificial intelligence, these Organizations are threatened with being left behind those that took the leap and implemented a new system based on information and communication technologies; If they do not have openness in the way they run their businesses, they are doomed to remain in the background, marginalized and commercially ostracized compared to those businesses that have made use of all the benefits offered by the world of the digital age. All organizations, whether small or large, cannot consider following a path that is foreign and strange to this new way of “selling” what they do, what they lend or what they supply; Part of its constitution, growth and consolidation depends on being at the forefront, above all its portfolios must be displayed using new technologies; Digital marketing will be your new letter of introduction and a way to break into the market competently and successfully.
