Item La efectividad del derecho de peticion en los casos de data credito. Sentencia t-360/22(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024) Alvarez Ruiz, Laura Fernanda; Saavedra Calambás, María Claudia (Director)This essay analyzes the effectiveness of the right to petition in the context of credit reporting in Colombia, focusing on Ruling T-360/22 of the Constitutional Court. The analysis focuses on how this right can be a resource to resolve disputes related to incorrect reports in risk centers, such as Datacrédito. Through the review of this ruling, the responsibility of financial entities in the accuracy of the information reported and the impact of the protection of habeas data on the credit life of citizens is examined. The study addresses both the positive aspects and shortcomings of the right to petition in this area and considers its effectiveness in providing a fair and efficient solution to reporting errors and its impact on people's financial reputation.
