- Item Síntesis y caracterización de nanorecubrimientos de óxido de cobre/nitruto de cobre sobre Policarbonato por pulverización catódica para Electrónica flexible(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Agudelo Charry, Lina Marcela; Gutierrez Moreno, Nini Johanna (Director)Deposits of thin films (30 - 140 nm) of copper compounds including copper oxide and copper nitride, were made by the magnetron-assisted DC sputtering technique, using metallic copper as the target, Argon (Ar) as the entraining gas, and nitrogen (N2) as reactive gas. The elemental chemical composition was determined by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS); the presence of crystalline phases by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) technique; the morphology and thickness was evaluated by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Spectroscopic Elipsometry, respectively; and the electrical properties were determined using a Hall Effect System. It was found that the electrical properties and the surface morphology of the synthesized materials vary depending on the elemental content of nitrogen in the film. Consequently, the electrical conduction capacity presented by the polycarbonate coated with proposed thin films, promotes it as a candidate for use in flexible electronics applications.
