The Colombian legal system is a complex and harmonious system, which is mutated and adapted to multiple political and social interference, and to the needs of a society in constant change; for this reason, its repeated development and evolution in normative matters, which is reflected in the modification of the administrative procedure regime with the entry into force of the law 1437 of 2011; in compliance with the above, it was intended to approach its fundamental pillars that root the essence of this new legal system, which are called principles, its evidence with its different disjuncts, such as probation, referral to the General Code of the Process and finally outlines the different jurisprudential development carried out the Council of State , in order to point out the approach that is being given to the normative interpretation of this new procedural order, the strengthening of the Judge's powers, being these the procedural and evidentiary flexibility, the extension to third parties of the jurisprudence of unification of the Council of State, introduction and implementation of electronic means in the judicial process.
