Item Diseño de un procedimiento de ingresos del resto del mundo aplicado al cambio de normatividad aduanera colombiana de la empresa Zona Franca Barranquilla SA(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Paez Cáceres, Esneider Orlando; Acosta Ríos, Mario FernandoThis document presents the problem of the customs regulations that exist on free zones in Colombia and how the requirements of infrastructure preparation, personnel training, procedures manual are necessary to respond to new regulatory changes on foreign trade; focusing on the state of preparation of the user operator of the Zona Franca de Barranquilla SA and how it has been affected from the point of view of commercial and foreign trade in the breach of its regulatory obligations through statistical data and the results of surveys applied to qualified users inside this company. The objective is to define a preparation model based on the main management failure that the study throws to avoid the severity of the rule and be prepared for the changes established by the government in the last year
