Item Beneficios económicos y ambientales de la Logística Inversa en los RAEE(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Álvarez Galeano, Edward Lenin; Rojas Trejos, Carlos Alberto (Director)This article seeks to describe the main economic and environmental benefits of logistics, making a journey through aspects of order: theoretical, in which some concepts are developed as Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE), Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Reverse Logistics (LI), Producer Extended Responsibility (REP); national and international regulations; the main challenges of the implementation of reverse logistics and as a central point of this work, the clarification of internal and external impacts in economic and environmental matters. The methodology used consists of the review and analysis of scientific articles obtained through consultation of databases such as Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, World Wide Science, among others. This, in addition to pointing out the importance of reverse logistics as a strategy for supply chains and national and international companies to safeguard the environment and develop increasingly technical processes for the return of parts, in order to operate efficiently and recover value to products.
