Análisis de los procesos generales de los establecimientos farmacéuticos de la comuna 12 de Cali

This article will show the results of the research using as a tool a survey that was conducted to the pharmaceutical establishments of the commune 12 of Cali, the most important findings in the investigation was the notable lack of knowledge of the acquisition and selection processes. It was analyzed and discussed on how the general processes are executed and their performance according to Decree 780 of 2016; Together with this research, educational brochures were delivered in order to improve the general processes in these establishments.
