To identify the causes of the loss of opportunity to recover hearing in sudden deafness and its relationship with moral damage in the population attended in a private clinic in the city of Palmira.This study is analytical, descriptive, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, using the virtual survey carried out on 50 users who had been diagnosed with sudden deafness during the months of January to December 2018 and agreed to participate in the research with the prior approval of the Ethics of the Faculty of Law of the Santiago de Cali University.
