Resocialización de los internos en Colombia

It would be the case that if the axial axis of this project is the Resocialization in Colombia inherent to those who have been passive subjects of the repressive action of the State, all the analytical discourse would be limited only and exclusively to it, and in a certain way and in a tangential way refer to satellite issues that will support it, but with the approval of the evaluators and in order to obtain the best constructive dynamics of the project, it becomes indispensable but mandatory for an adequate, didactic and academic statement of reasons, to make a detailed review of all aspects that each one and together vigorously nurture its structuring and study such as the Penitentiary and Prison System, the State Prison and Public Policy, the Legislation and others, and therefore arrive at the result of them: prison overcrowding as a highly autonomous entity harmful and that in itself is the greatest obstacle generator for a full resocialization.
