Accordingly, we will seek to analyze and evaluate customer experience as a key factor in business improvement, because customer satisfaction directly influences the loyalty, reputation and growth of the company. Therefore, this work aims to propose organizational strategies oriented to the customer experience and quality of service for the positioning of the company Tecnoland of the city of Cali, where it is intended to know the current circumstances facing the needs of customers expectations, as well as the opportunities points, external threats strengths and internal weaknesses by building a diagnostic matrices, and other possible means of measuring service quality, that characterize research in a mixed approach that mixes qualitative and quantitative methods through surveys and bibliographic reviews that yield data that are analyzed to evaluate organizational aspects of the company from general to specific
