Item Clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de las pequeñas y medianas empresa(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Ituyan Malpud, Mabel Elizabeth; Jaramillo Riascos, Laura Viviana; Cruz, Pedro Leon (Director)The objective of this article is to carry out a bibliographical review on the influence of the organizational climate on the work performance of small and medium-sized companies, from the perspective of organizations to make an observation of the importance and their relationship, the strategic management that companies do. companies, factors and achievement of objectives. This is a descriptive study, the methods that were used were qualitative and quantitative taken from previous articles regarding the subject, knowledge and experience, from the SCOPUS and Google Scholar database, 30 articles were analyzed between the years 2018 and 2022. It was concluded that there is a very strong influence of the organizational climate on the performance of the workers.
