Item Estrategias efectivas para fortalecer los incentivos y la productividad de los empleados en rimor confecciones sas(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024) Sánchez Bedoya, Jhordy Alexander; Esparza Rosero, Juan David; Romo Londoño, Herliz Juliana (Directora)The study aims to formulate strategies to strengthen the incentives of the company Confecciones RIMOR SAS, to improve the emotional and professional well-being of its employees and increase operational efficiency and enhance its competitive position in the market. The methodology was developed through a rigorous literature review focused on the topic at hand. Additionally, a case study was conducted with the organization's own reports, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of the demands or requirements and perceptions of employees regarding existing incentives. The achievements translate into a sequence of concrete strategies, which implement a compensation scheme that considers and values emotional aspects in the salary structure, providing opportunities for professional and personal growth that align with employees' individual values and goals, promoting a work context that encourages and fosters mental and emotional well-being, establishing recognition and appreciation programs, and promoting an organizational culture based on trust, transparency, and mutual respect. 3 The formulation of these strategies will not only benefit the comfort and satisfaction of the workforce but also contribute to improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the company, generating a more positive and motivating work environment.
