This type of leadership is characterized by its ability to inspire and motivate employees, aligning their personal goals with organizational objectives, and fostering an environment of innovation and adaptation. However, there is still a lack of detailed information on how this leadership style influences change processes within organizations. Objective: To analyze the influence of transformational leadership in managing organizational change. Methodology: This study is literary and documentary in nature, focusing on the review and analysis of relevant bibliographic information and the extraction of data from studies and articles specialized in transformational leadership and organizational change management. This study employs a qualitative approach, conducting an inductive analysis to explore the topic using available literature, providing a solid foundation for discussing the influence of transformational leadership in managing organizational change. Results: The findings show that transformational leadership has a significant impact on organizational learning and knowledge management process capability, which is imperative for maintaining a 4 competitive advantage and improving organizational performance. This demonstrates the need to incorporate transformational leaders and develop a knowledge management culture that fosters a continuous learning environment. Organizational leaders must possess specific attributes, as a transformational leader can inspire employees to achieve anticipated or significant outcomes, providing them with self-confidence in specific tasks as well as the power to make decisions once they are trained
