To do this, a bibliographic. review methodology is used, results reveal that the implementation of CSR policies improves the brand image of companies, attracts talent, fosters employee loyalty and contributes to more positive work environments. However, challenges are identified, such as financial costs, cultural resistance and legal complexity. Despite these limitations, this study offers valuable guidance to promote ethical and socially responsible practices in organizations and build more ethical and responsible business cultures in the context of CSR
