Through a systematic review of recent literature (2017- 2023), it analyzes how financial planning, economic education, and technological innovations impact individual and collective quality of life. The study identifies the need for an integrated framework that effectively links these concepts in modern societies. Current financial education strategies are critically evaluated, and the role of technology in financial inclusion is explored. The findings suggest that a holistic approach, considering psychological, social, and economic factors, is crucial to promote both financial freedom and social well-being. The article concludes by proposing innovative policies and future research directions to foster financially healthy and socially prosperous societies.
